Grant of Rights: I hereby grant Shedball (“League”) and its agents, successors, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, video, or other digital media (“Media”) in which I appear, and to use my name, image, likeness, and performance therein, in connection with the League, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, and advertising activities. This grant includes the right to modify, reproduce, and distribute the Media in any medium and through any means of communication.

Scope of Use: I understand and agree that the Media may be used globally, in perpetuity, and in any medium as deemed appropriate by the League for the purposes of promoting, publicizing, or explaining the League and its activities. This includes, but is not limited to, use on the League’s website, social media platforms, print materials, and any other promotional tools.

Waiver of Rights: I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which it may be applied, including written or spoken copy that may accompany the Media.

Release of Claims: I hereby release and hold harmless the League and its representatives from any claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the Media, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, infringement of rights of publicity or privacy, or any other claims or causes of action arising out of the production, reproduction, distribution, broadcast, or exhibition of the Media.

Acknowledgment: I certify that I am of legal age and have the full legal capacity to execute this release. I have read and fully understand the terms of this agreement and voluntarily agree to be bound by them.
