By declaring for a Shedball season, you agree that:

Name, image and likeness. The league may use your name, photo, video, statistics and gameplay footage in its coverage of the league — on shedball.com, on the league’s YouTube channel, on Instagram, and on other accounts or platforms the league uses for its coverage.
The record is the record. Your statistics, game results, contract history and league honors are part of the league’s permanent public history and remain displayed on the site.
Withdrawal. You can ask the commissioner to stop using your image in NEW coverage at any time; the league history itself (stats, results, honors) stays.
Minors. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must submit the declaration on your behalf and agrees to these terms for you.
Contact. The email and phone you give go to the commissioner for league business only — schedules, the draft, your entry.
